Before starting the application process, please ensure that you have the following-

  • Scanned copy of your photograph ( The file should be less than 100 KB)
  • Your scanned signature ( The file should be less than 50 KB)
  • Scanned copy of Marksheet,Certificates,Caste Certificate,Age Proof wherever applicable. (The file should be less than 200 KB).
  • A valid mobile number/Email for sending Activation Code or OTP(One Time Password).
  • Any of the following facilities for online payment of application fee.
    • Net Banking
    • Debit Card (VISA, Master, Maestro)
    • Credit card
    Never share your Interent Banking Password, Debit Card/Credit Card PIN, CVV with any person directly or over phone.

In case of any Payment Error, due to any network communication/connectivity problems, if your payment receipt does not get generated and the amount has been debited from your account, please contact our helpline no or register complain Here within 6 hours from the time of transaction mentioning your name, mobile no, date and time of transaction and bank account no. from where transaction was done. It may take 2-3 working days to confirm the transaction by reconciliation with the bank and so the candidates are advised not to wait till the last date for applying.


  • Step 1: If you are new to the admission portal, Register yourself by entering your name,email,mobile number and password. You will receive one SMS/Email; If you have already account please login with your mobile/email and password.
  • Step 2: Fill up the form stage by stage ( e.g Personal Details, Course Details,Education Details & Document Upload). Click Save & Continue in each stage to save the information. You can access the saved information anytime and modify it before final submission
  • Step 3: Before making payment, Review the information entered by you. You can check information by clicking on the respective section (e.g Personal Details etc) . Once Payment has been made information can't be updated.
  • Step 4: After all document has been uploaded, please press the SAVE button, you will be redirected to Payment Link. Click PAY NOW button for making payment.
  • Step 5: After payment has been succesfull, you can take the print out of the application by clicking on Print link.
  • Step 6: Please submit the printout application form to the respective study centre along with payment receipt for SLM collection.


  • For online payment, it is important for candidates to note the transaction Id for future reference.

  • If a candidate submits wrong or incomplete information in the application form, neither the technical team nor the University authority will be responsible for this.Therefore,candidates are advised to carefully review the application form before final submission. However, a candidate may apply afresh using a different username in case of submission of wrong information, but the application fee paid earlier cannot be refunded in such case.

  • Application Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if more than one payment is made for the same programme from the same username, then the extra amount paid may be refunded after proper verification and if claimed through proper procedure. For claiming refund the candidate need to contact KKHSOU Office at Housefed Complex,Dispur or register complain in details regarding double payment.

  • The application will be verified and processed and the refund amount will be credited to the bank account submitted in the claim form if found eligible for refund. Cash refund will not be entertained. There is no provision for cancellation of submitted application and as such there will be no refund.

  • Applicants are requested to note the transaction number for future reference. Request for any kind of refund will be at the sole discretion of the university.
