Before starting the application process, please ensure that you have the following-

  • Any of the following facilities for online payment of application fee.
    • Net Banking
    • Debit Card (VISA, Master, Maestro)
    • Credit card
    Never share your Interent Banking Password, Debit Card/Credit Card PIN, CVV with any person directly or over phone.

Admission Steps:

  • Step 1:

    In Student Exam Login form select the session and enter your enrollment number in the place provided.

    Enter your mobile number at the place provided. (After entering mobile number Pay Now button will appear.)

    Click the Pay Now.

    Before making payment, please review the information entered by you.
  • Step 4:

    Select the desired option in Payment Gateway and make payment .

    After payment has been successfully done go to Payment Receipt option to download the payment receipt.

Terms and Conditions

  • For online payment, it is important for candidates to note the transaction Id for future reference.

  • If a candidate submits wrong or incomplete information in the application form, neither the technical team nor the University authority will be responsible for this.Therefore,candidates are advised to carefully review the application form before final submission. However, a candidate may apply afresh using a different username in case of submission of wrong information, but the application fee paid earlier cannot be refunded in such case.

  • Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the content on this website, the same should not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes. In case of any ambiguity or doubts, users are advised to verify/check with the Department(s) and/or other source(s). Under no circumstances KKHSOU will be liable for any expense, loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from use, or loss of use, of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Application Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if more than one payment is made for the same programme from the same username, then the extra amount paid may be refunded after proper verification and if claimed through proper procedure. For claiming refund the candidate need to contact KKHSOU Office at Housefed Complex,Dispur or send a mail to itcell@kkhsou.in in details regarding double payment.

  • The application will be verified and processed and the refund amount will be credited to the bank account submitted in the claim form if found eligible for refund. Cash refund will not be entertained. There is no provision for cancellation of submitted application and as such there will be no refund.

  • Applicants are requested to note the transaction number for future reference. Request for any kind of refund will be at the sole discretion of the university.
